This policy explains what personal data SEPI Leather & Tools collects when you use sepileather.com, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
How we use it
We use your data only to process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- iyzico processes your payment. Card details go directly to iyzico; we never see or store them.
- Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email [email protected].
