14-day returns
You can return unused stamps in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong items
If your stamp arrives damaged or you received the wrong design, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the original payment method through iyzico within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund. Original shipping costs are refunded only for damaged or incorrect items.
Items we cannot accept
- Stamps that have been used, struck or damaged by misuse (for example on dry leather or hard materials).
- Custom-made designs, unless they arrived defective.
